Can I add my own personalised wording?

Most designs can have your own worded added.  Add the wording that you would like in the relevant text box.  I will contact you directly if there are any problems fitting in the words that you want.  If you want a special font, I will send you options to approve before going ahead, to make sure that you are happy.

Please check that spellings of names and dates are correct at time of ordering. If a mistake has been made, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make any amendments. 

Personalised pictures can only be returned if damaged or faulty.

 

Can I request alternative colours or other design features?

Feel free to add any design requests that you have to the notes about your order box before adding the item to your cart.  I will contact you directly to make sure that you are happy with the colours and send you a mock up to approve if necessary. 

 

How do I order something totally bespoke?

Great!  Please send me a message using the ‘Contact’ page and explain what you are looking for.  I will then contact you directly to make sure I understand exactly what you want.  I will let you know the price of the design that you decide on.  I’ll send you mock ups of the designs and colours before starting work.

 

My order is a gift

No problem.  I can add a gift note to your order for no extra charge.  Add this information to the ‘Notes about your order’ box before you add to cart.

 

 Delivery

Orders are shipped using a Royal Mail signed for service in the UK, and Royal Mail Tracked service for international orders. 

 All pictures are sent gift wrapped, carefully packaged and boxed to arrive in perfect condition.

Most orders will be with you a week after placing your order.  This may be longer during the Christmas period.

  

I need my order for a certain date

Please send me a message using the ‘Contact’ page if you need something to arrive urgently, or for a certain date.  I will do my best to do this for you. 

 

Can I collect my order instead of paying for delivery?

I am based in Hemel Hempstead and can arrange for orders to be collected if you prefer.  Please send me a message using the ‘Contact’ page before placing your order.   

 

Can you ship to countries not listed?

Please send me a message using the ‘Contact’ page and I will do my best to accommodate this where possible.

 

Care instructions

Pictures can be wall hung or freestanding 

It is not advisable to place your picture on or near a heat source such as a radiator or fireplace. Keep out of direct sunlight. 

  

Is there a discount for buying more than 1?

I can provide you with a special price if you would like to buy 3 or more of the same listing.  Please send a message using the ‘Contact’ page.
